Performance Servo Roll Feeds

Our Performance Roll Feeders are specially developed for high speed and demanding productions. Thanks to our technology, you are at the forefront of technology:

High-speed Pilot Release

Zehnder & Sommer is one of the pioneers of fast pneumatic pilot release. The constant development of this technology culminated 2018 in the launch of the Colibri system, which allows reliable pilot release for productions up to more than 2,000 strokes per minute. Thanks to directly integrated sensors and the modern feed control with real-time recording, the feeding movement is continuously monitored what allows a perfect optimization of the stamping and forming process.

R-Series Roll Feeds

One-sided roll feeds for special applications:

  • quick roll change
  • double systems side by side (2 parallel materials)
  • can be attached to the side (e.g. on stamping and bending machines)

Compact roll feeds

The small compact feeders can be installed in the tightest of spaces, for example in automation systems or directly in the punching tool. The integrated control IC makes the overall system even more compact and versatile.
