The most important new developments:

• Top and bottom rolls are easy to replace
• Simple conversion to rubber rolls or segment rolls possible
• Top and bottom rolls identical and interchangeable with other EV R units (spare parts stock)
• Pilot release adjustment improved with counter screw
• Inlet/outlet removable for cleaning the rolls
• In addition to inlet plate, also available with two roller basket options
• Optional mounting plate for attachment to the machine
• Optional signal box with threading aid

The new EV DR adapts to our new standard sizes and components and is available in widths of 40, 80, 160, 240 mm.

It is available with 3 motorizations:

• EV DR SE with new (more compact) servo motor with direct drive and without gearbox; this solution is now also available with the ZS CX control
• EV DR IC with integrated control and more powerful motor
• EV DR ST with stepper motor
