Machine Online Repair Form

A) Costs estimation

  1. You send us your feeding system.
  2. We disassemble the unit and generate a specific quote. The disassembly ist carried out at a defined flat rate, which ist fully credited for the overhaul once the order is placed.
  3. You place the order according to the quote.
Advantage:
  • Fixed and fair price. 
  • No surprises.
Disadvantage:
  • The delivery time of individual spare parts can have a major impact on the total delivery time.
  • The device is not in operation for an indefinite period.

B) Budget price with scheduled overhaul

  1. Based on our experience, we will prepare you a quote for a recommended overhaul package.
  2. Our technicians and specialists will be happy to assist you in taking decisions.
  3. You coordinate with our service the date of the overhaul depending on the delivery times of the parts and the availability in your and our production.
Advantage: 
  • Planned overhaul. Devices are (usually) only a short time away from production
Disadvantage:
  • When disassembling, unforeseen damage may be found. Depending on availability or delivery time, this can pose a great risk.

C) On-Site Inspection

  1. Our technicians come to your site and evaluate the need for overhauling and prepare a quote based on the inspection.
  2. You coordinate with our service the date of the overhaul depending on the delivery times of the parts and the availability in your and our production.
Advantage: 
  • Scheduled overhaul. Feeding systems are (usually) only a short time away from production
Disadvantage:
  • When disassembling, unforeseen damage may be found, despite an on-site inspection. Depending on availability or delivery time, this can pose a risk.
  • Costly due to additional on-site service.
