Vibration measurements

Decentralized on-site vibration measurement with a modular online measuring system for machine and process parameter monitoring.

Suitable for the following applications:
  • Gear and belt drives
  • Electric and geared motors
  • Vacuum and liquid pumps
  • Fans and ventilators
  • Compressors
  • Spindles and machine tools
Early detection of:
  • Imbalances
  • misalignment
  • Bearing damage
  • Toothing faults

Examples of monitored units

Professional data evaluation:

Analyzing the determined frequencies using an FFT analysis. Recognizing faults in the system. Our software-based evaluation tool can draw on predefined characteristic value data from rolling bearings of renowned bearing manufacturers and comparisons can be made and trends recognised. With the help of stored sample data, templates can be easily customized to the specific monitoring tasks on your machines and systems. Creation of a report and a catalog of measures with suggestions for further action.

Measurement functions:

Acceleration, speed and distance through integration, process parameters (e.g. speed, load, pressure), system temperature

Diagnostic methods:

Time signal, envelope curve, spectrum and trend analysis, speed and frequency tracking
Characteristic values (time and frequency range) - Defined characteristic values: DIN/ISO 10816

Calculated characteristic values:

RMS, frequency-selective RMS, DC component, peak, peak-to-peak, crest factor, state monitor
Further user-defined characteristic values possible

Do you want permanent machine and process parameter monitoring? No problem!

The decentralised and modular measuring system can be installed quickly and efficiently using screws, adhesives or magnets, and the external evaluation options mean that there is no need to interfere with the existing control system. This reduces investment costs and downtimes during installation and commissioning.

You benefit from::

  • More safety with recurring measurements or permanent monitoring

The condition of your machines is permanently monitored. You have everything under control! At any time.

  • More profitability

Maximum machine utilisation with minimum life cycle costs.

  • More flexibility

Easily transferable and expandable to multiple systems without changing technology.

  • More transparency

Transparent visualisation and evaluation of your machine status.

  • Low risk of failure
  • Plannable downtimes
  • Defined costs
  • Longer running times and therefore lower maintenance costs
  • Flexible system, can also be retrofitted to existing systems
